Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. seeks a part-time Community Ambassador for The Standard at Austin. The role supports leasing, marketing, and resident experience, guiding prospective residents through contracts and tours while helping meet occupancy goals.

You will assist with social media promotion, email campaigns, and on- and off-campus marketing events. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference for current enrollment in a bachelor’s program.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in a relevant field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability are essential.
• Able to work evenings and weekends; summer and Turn period availability requested.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines in a fast-paced leasing environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process and close sales in accordance with training guidelines.
• Generate leads, complete guest cards, schedule and conduct tours, and follow up on leads.
• Assist in promoting the community via social media and on-campus events; participate in marketing activities.
• Support email and text campaigns and maintain professional community representation.
• Maintain logs, process maintenance requests, and enforce housing policies and procedures.
• Participate in all Turn-related activities including move-ins/outs, unit inspections, and trash-outs.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and contribute to a positive resident experience.
