Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a part-time Community Ambassador at The Standard in Auburn to guide prospective residents through leasing, tours, and marketing activities.

You will help plan events, respond to inquiries, and support a positive resident experience while meeting occupancy goals. Responsibilities include presenting contracts, communicating clearly with residents and guarantors, promoting the property on social channels, and coordinating with the Leasing & Marketing Manager and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Availability during summer and Turn periods.

Responsibilities

• Leasing, Marketing, & Resident Experience: Understand the Housing Contract and communicate all information to prospective residents, residents, and guarantors.
• Close the sale in accordance with LEASE Training guidelines including generating leads, completing guest cards, scheduling tours, and lead follow up.
• Promote the community via social media and participate in on- and off-campus marketing events.
• Assist with email and text campaigns in Entrata and TextUs.
• Represent the community and Landmark Properties in a professional manner; maintain a positive environment.
• Enter Maintenance Requests and log activity in prospect and resident accounts.
• Enforce policies and Fair Housing; participate in Turn-related activities (move-in/out, unit inspections).
