Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Community Ambassador in Murfreesboro, TN to lead leasing efforts and deliver excellent resident experiences. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, assist in marketing and community events, and help meet occupancy goals under the Leasing & Marketing Manager and Community Manager.

You will communicate effectively, meet deadlines, and manage time efficiently while maintaining a positive community environment and upholding Fair Housing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program in a relevant field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process and close sales.
• Assist in marketing and community events.
• Maintain daily operation tasks and logging.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and communicate information clearly.
• Adhere to Fair Housing policies.
