Arlington Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead a high-performing apartment community in Midland City, AL. You will oversee leasing, maintenance, and resident relations while guiding your onsite team to success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college coursework in business, property management or hospitality preferred.
• 2+ years of property management experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations.
• Financial acumen and experience budgeting and reporting.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, MRI) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the property including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and team supervision.
• Hire, train, coach, and mentor onsite team.
• Lead rent collection, budget management, and reporting with precision.
• Monitor market trends and recommend strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Foster resident satisfaction and retention through proactive service.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager and corporate support teams.
• Represent Arlington Properties professionally in the community.
