Qualifications

• 2+ years in property management with team leadership experience.
• Experience ensuring Fair Housing compliance and tenant relations.
• Budgeting, reporting, and revenue maximization skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Hire, train, coach, and mentor onsite staff.
• Lead rent collection, budgeting, and reporting with accuracy.
• Monitor market trends and implement occupancy strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Foster resident satisfaction and retention through proactive service.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager and corporate support.
• Represent Arlington Properties professionally in the community.
