Arlington Properties is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Birmingham, AL to support leasing, operations, and team supervision at our Colina WeHo community. The role offers growth toward leadership while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college coursework preferred.
• 1+ years in leasing, sales, or property management is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and customer service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in leasing, operations, and team supervision.
• Take full responsibility for the community in the manager’s absence.
• Process rent payments, invoices, and resident documentation.
• Assist with resident retention efforts and event planning.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
• Monitor property condition and make improvement recommendations.
• Serve as a role model to peers and help maintain high operational standards.
