Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and highlight features and amenities.
• Provide information about local schools, shopping, and transportation.
• Prepare leases, collect deposits, and ensure documentation is complete.
• Monitor property conditions and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Maintain listings and create engaging advertisements for vacancies.
• Attend team meetings and training for development.
