The role requires strong customer service skills, a supervisory background, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi Voyager is preferred. Weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CAM certification preferred.
• Experience in supervisory role preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience required.
• Experience in multi-family property management preferred.
• Leasing experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or related software preferred.
• Flexible weekend schedule may be required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall apartment community operations.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure team success.
• Oversee maintenance and office teams.
• Train team members on customer service and leasing techniques.
• Interview and hire qualified candidates.
• Resolve resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Prepare weekly reports on operations and financial performance.
• Work with leaders to adhere to operational budgets.
• Evaluate contractor projects for quality and compliance.
• Be on property for major incidents requiring recovery.
