Capital Consultants Management Corporation seeks an experienced Community Manager to lead onsite HOA operations, oversee assets, and ensure financial transparency within a resident-focused environment. The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and team mentoring to elevate the resident experience.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in onsite community management, a Bachelor's degree, and CAM certification (or timeline per state).

Qualifications

• Three+ years onsite community management (HOA) or similar experience (hospitality, parks and recreation, city government) with strong operational and financial background.
• Bachelor’s degree or designations; CAM license required upon hire in Florida, Nevada, and Georgia; otherwise within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily operations to meet community goals and CCMC mission; oversee assets, vendors, and resources while ensuring governing document compliance.
• Foster collaborative relationships with residents, board members, and staff through open, respectful communication.
• Ensure financial accountability by managing budgets, preparing variance reports, and implementing board directives for financial transparency.
• Maintain risk management compliance and develop programs aligned with policies and long-term planning.
• Develop and motivate onsite teams via delegation, coaching, and performance development.
• Guide strategic decisions by advising the board on long-term planning and policy decisions.
• Engage the community by facilitating resident meetings and promoting active participation.
