Job summary

Weinstein Properties, a forward-thinking property management company, is seeking a Part Time Leasing Consultant at Bexley Wolf Ranch in Georgetown, TX. 20 hours per week, including 2-3 Saturdays per month, with some weekday hours.

You will greet prospects, answer internet leads, schedule tours, process leasing applications, collect deposits, and coordinate with maintenance. Strong customer service and administrative experience are key; prior property management exposure is welcome.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and admin experience.
• Experience from customer service, sales or hospitality environments welcome.
• Previous property management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects interested in our communities.
• Answer internet leads and phone inquiries; schedule tours.
• Take prospects on tours of the community.
• Process leasing applications and lease paperwork; collect security deposits.
• Coordinate with maintenance and follow up on work orders.
• Assist residents with renewals, notices to vacate, or moves.
