You will help deliver an exceptional resident experience by greeting residents, conducting tours, coordinating move-ins, and assisting with administrative tasks to create a place residents are proud to call home.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or related experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and prospects.
• Conduct community tours and assist with the leasing experience.
• Support resident move-ins and move-outs.
• Help maintain resident records, accounts, and reports.
• Walk the property to ensure excellent curb appeal.
• Partner with maintenance teams to address resident needs.
• Assist with resident events and community engagement activities.
• Support daily operations and ensure company policies are followed.
