Morgan Properties is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager for the Preserve at Milltown in Downingtown, PA. You will work with the Service Manager to lead daily maintenance operations across a 376-unit community, mentor technicians, and handle advanced HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience in multifamily settings.
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting skills are required.
• Broad maintenance skills including appliances, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager with daily maintenance operations for a 376-unit community.
• Coordinate daily work orders, make-readies, preventative maintenance, and team priorities.
• Perform advanced repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Lead and mentor Maintenance Technicians on the team.
• Support grounds upkeep and inventory management.
• Conduct inspections of vacant apartments and common areas.
• Support snow removal and on-call maintenance as needed.
• Participate in rotating 24-hour on-call schedule every three weeks.
