Job summary

Redstone Residential seeks a Community Manager to oversee all aspects of property operation at one of our sites. The Community Manager reports to the Regional Manager and strives to meet operational and financial goals for the property.

Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, managing the budget and lease-up, coordinating marketing and renewals, collecting rent, and producing weekly and monthly reports. The role requires a client-ready demeanor and strong budgeting/P&L skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in student housing or multifamily property management.
• Client-ready professional demeanor and presentation.
• Budget management experience and P&L ownership.
• Ability to multitask under pressure.
• Familiarity with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs on-site and report findings.
• Oversee lease-up and operating budget.
• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Collect rent and manage delinquency.
• Collaborate with staff in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Create a positive environment that enhances resident experience.
• Build relationships with campus and community resources.
• Promote outstanding customer service through staff training.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports to Redstone.
• Manage projects from marketing initiatives to construction.
