BH Management Services, LLC seeks a proactive Resident Experience Specialist – Build to Rent to manage leasing at multiple communities in Florida. You’ll handle marketing, leasing paperwork, move-ins, and resident relations, balancing customer service with policy compliance and Fair Housing guidelines.

This hybrid role requires travel between sites, strong communication, and the ability to log data in our property-management software.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to travel ≥60%.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• State leasing license if required.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily marketing, admin, and financial operations.
• Answer phones and emails; manage property mail.
• Assist with lease applications and move-in requirements.
• Log prospect info into property management software.
• Support move-out inspections and vacant unit checks.
• Coordinate with Centralized Screening Specialist.
• Promote virtual tours and self-guided tours.
