Greystar invites a Customer Insights & Satisfaction Intern to gain hands-on experience in listening to and acting on resident feedback across a large portfolio. You will work with the Customer Insights team on real reporting, resident experience, and process improvements.

You’ll rotate across functions, complete training, triage resident concerns, and prepare a capstone project with actionable insights. The program runs for 10 weeks with potential hybrid options near corporate offices.

Qualifications

• Graduating between December 2028 and May 2029.
• Preferred major: Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or related fields.
• Curiosity and a desire to learn.
• Quantitative background that demonstrates analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and capability to articulate complex topics.
• High standard of accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Support Customer Insights projects and daily activities with the team.
• Complete training programs to deepen understanding of Greystar's customer experience operations.
• Assist with triaging and categorizing resident concerns, ensuring issues are tracked through resolution.
• Conduct research on customer satisfaction trends and present findings in a capstone project.
• Assist with reporting and analysis for data-driven customer insights initiatives.
• Contribute to cross-team projects to meet shared goals.
• Create process documentation to improve team efficiency.
