Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Business Systems Intern to support the Customer Success Team on projects across marketing, compliance, system integration, and data analytics. You will gain hands-on experience in project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration during a 10-week summer program.

You will participate in meetings, create collateral, respond to inquiries, and work on a capstone project with mentorship and exposure to multiple Greystar business areas.

Qualifications

• Graduating between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Pursuing a degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems.
• Curiosity and a desire to learn.
• Flexibility and willingness to pivot.
• Quantitative background that demonstrates analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and capability to articulate complex topics.
• High standard of accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines.
• Project management skills to create project plans, track and monitor progress, meet production and delivery deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support national and regional marketing, legal compliance, system integration, custom reporting and data analytic teams.
• Participate in meeting planning and presentation / collateral creation.
• Respond quickly and accurately to internal customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with team, bringing a fresh perspective, to creatively solve problems.
• Work independently to complete capstone project and presentation.
