Job summary

Greystar seeks a Customer Insights & Satisfaction Intern to gain hands-on exposure to listening to and acting on resident feedback across the portfolio. You’ll work with the Customer Insights team on real reporting, resident experience, and process improvement initiatives.

You’ll support projects with cross-functional partners, complete training on Greystar's customer experience and marketing operations, and assist with triaging and analyzing resident concerns for data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or related field.
• Curiosity and a desire to learn.
• Quantitative background demonstrating analytical abilities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Gather and assess resident and customer input to understand business needs and trends.
• Track KPIs to evaluate customer satisfaction across channels.
• Triage and route resident concerns to appropriate teams and monitor follow-up timelines.
• Communicate feedback to teams to support improvement actions.
• Assist with reporting and analysis for data-driven customer insights initiatives.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and capstone presentation.
• Create process documentation to support team efficiency.
