Job summary

Greystar is offering a Customer Insights & Satisfaction Intern position in the United States. You will work with the Customer Insights team on reporting, resident experience, and process improvements during a 10-week internship.

You’ll gain exposure to customer feedback across portfolios, learn Greystar’s operations, and present a Final Capstone Project showcasing your work and impact.

Qualifications

• Graduating between December 2028 and May 2029.
• Preferred majors: Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or related fields.
• Curiosity and a desire to learn.
• Quantitative background with analytical/problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support projects and daily activities with the Customer Insights team and cross-functional partners.
• Complete training programs to deepen understanding of Greystar’s customer experience and marketing operations.
• Assist with triaging and categorizing resident concerns and tracking resolutions.
• Conduct research on customer satisfaction and resident experience trends; present findings in a capstone project.
• Assist senior teammates with reporting and analysis for data-driven insights initiatives.
• Contribute to special projects with other Greystar teams to meet goals.
• Create process documentation to enhance team efficiency and knowledge sharing.
