Greystar is seeking a Customer Insights & Satisfaction Intern to gain hands-on exposure to how the company listens to and acts on resident feedback across the portfolio. You will work with the Customer Insights team on reporting, resident experience, and process improvement initiatives.

This 10‑week summer internship offers hands-on projects across Investment, Finance, Marketing, IT, Data, Leasing, Development, or Operations, plus mentorship, capstone presentation, and flexible remote/hybrid

Competenze

Graduating between December 2028 and May 2029.
Preferred majors include Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management or related fields.
Curiosity and a desire to learn.
Quantitative background with analytical/problem‑solving abilities.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication and attention to deadlines.

Mansioni

Support projects and daily activities alongside the Customer Insights team and cross‑functional partners.
Complete training programs to deepen understanding of Greystar's customer experience and marketing operations.
Assist with triaging and categorizing resident concerns, flagging and tracking issues through resolution.
Conduct research on customer satisfaction and resident experience trends; present findings in a capstone project.
Assist senior team members with reporting and analysis for data‑driven insights initiatives.
Contribute to special projects across Greystar teams to meet shared goals.
Create process documentation to improve team efficiency and knowledge sharing.
