Job summary

Revel Communities is seeking a Resident Experience Director to own the resident experience and the memories that follow. You will design and lead best-in-class programming that reflects the Revel brand and manage a hospitality team serving residents, families, and prospects.

You will develop the resident experience strategy, oversee hospitality standards, onboarding, and transportation, and hire, train, and coach the team while collaborating with Sales/Marketing and vendors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in program/curriculum development in hospitality/education/senior living or similar.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Calm, data-informed decision-maker with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop the resident experience strategy and calendar aligned to health, engagement, and retention goals.
• Oversee hospitality standards, first impressions, transportation, and onboarding program.
• Hire, train, and coach the Resident Experience team; collaborate with Sales/Marketing and vendors.
• Manage budgets and inventory; serve as Manager on Duty as needed.
