Job summary

Revel Communities is seeking an Executive Director to lead a luxury senior living community. You will oversee daily operations, guide department heads, manage budgets, and build partnerships to sustain high occupancy and exceptional resident experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and excellent communication. Knowledge of senior living regulations is a plus, with opportunities for professional growth within The Wolff Company portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in senior living, hospitality, or related operations.
• Financial acumen, people leadership, and confident communication (including public speaking).
• Knowledge of senior living regulations (Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA) preferred; Yardi/Cubigo a plus.
