Revel Communities in Spokane Valley seeks a Resident Experience Coordinator to help plan and run events, deliver engaging programs, and support communications. You will promote participation and provide Concierge coverage as needed, while coordinating transportation and maintaining hospitality standards with partners.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in senior living or hospitality, strong customer service, and comfort with MS Office and AV equipment.

• 1+ year in senior living or hospitality preferred.
• Organized communicator with customer-service mindset.
• Comfortable with MS Office and AV equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, setup and execution of events and programs; support communications and promotions.
• Encourage participation; provide Concierge coverage as needed.
• Coordinate or drive transportation; uphold hospitality standards with partners and vendors.
