You will assist leasing, manage newsletters, oversee activities, and help maintain budgets while ensuring compliance with policies. Strong communication and reliability are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident inquiries and lease questions; coordinate service requests.
• Plan, organize, and oversee monthly resident events and quarterly activities.
• Update newsletters and advertise property information and events.
• Assist leasing duties as needed and support the Leasing Office.
• Monitor budget and expenses; ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Answer phones to schedule facility use and manage reservations.
• Maintain positive resident relations and communicate effectively.
