Job summary

Greystar’s Everleigh Naperville is seeking an Event & Lifestyle Coordinator to support day-to-day community management and drive resident retention. You will assist with move-ins, program creation, and partnership with Sales Consultants to coordinate events and marketing efforts.

The role involves greeting residents, coordinating tours, managing packages, and ensuring amenities are ready for use. Collaboration with the Lifestyle Team is essential to timely responses and successful events.

Responsibilities

• Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensures comfort while they wait to speak with a team member
• Answers phone calls, routes calls to the appropriate team member, and assists with service requests as necessary
• Maintains guest suite schedule and manages loading dock/elevator schedule for move-ins/move-outs
• Manages all package deliveries by documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours
• Ensures amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
• Uses amenity space to develop and execute innovative events, services, and programs with clear outcomes and metrics
• Keeps information on local area restaurants, shops, and services; maintains relationships with concierge vendors
• Monitors Lifestyle email and coordinates timely responses and marketing for events and initiatives
• Creates and distributes the monthly calendar, newsletter, and flyers; updates Resident Portal
• Supports sales and marketing program standards and benchmarks
• Assists with budgeting related to activities and resident retention and monitors expenses against budget
