The ideal candidate will have at least one year of direct experience with adults, strong leadership and program-management skills, and a related degree.

Qualifications

• Requires at least one year of direct experience with adults.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• A related field degree such as therapeutic recreation, gerontology, health care, education or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops a monthly calendar of activities in partnership with residents.
• Collaborates with community leadership to plan, coordinate, and execute special events.
• Plans and schedules meaningful engagement opportunities outside the community; may drive a community vehicle.
