You will work with the Engagement team to foster person-centered connections and community experiences for residents in a senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or caregiving preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with residents and bridge connections between residents.

• Assist the Engagement department as directed by Coordinator/Manager/Director.
• Build relationships with residents to foster person-centered engagement.
