• Utilizes calendar technology and supports residents with digital calendars.
• Directs scheduling with third party vendors to execute programs as scheduled.
• Trains and supports team members and volunteers for activities.
• Coordinates decorations for events and holidays to meet company standards.
• Leads family, resident referral events and quarterly prospect events.
• Partners with Sales to promote resident lifestyle and lead generation.
