True Connection Communities in Michigan seeks a dynamic Resident Experience Director to craft daily programs across six wellness dimensions, fostering a fun, engaging atmosphere within the community.

You will lead seven-day activity delivery, partner with the sales team for active resident lifestyle promotion, and supervise staff and volunteers while coordinating events and excursions.

Qualifications

• Requires excellent communication and time management skills.
• Demonstrates creativity, energy, enthusiasm, patience, flexibility and teamwork.
• Presents a mature, friendly, cheerful personality capable of handling challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding services to residents and families.
• Leads and delivers daily activity programs (7 days a week) with a minimum of 5 programs daily.
• Plans events, decor, and excursions coordinating with vendors and the Sales Team.
• Manages supplies, transportation, and calendar usage for activities.
• Trains and supports staff and volunteers for activities.
• Fosters a sales-oriented culture through participation in prospect events and move-in goals.
• Captures resident life moments for social media and testimonials.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and expectations for programming.
