Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking a Lifestyle Director to lead resident-focused events and programming in our master-planned community in Arizona. You will partner with residents and local organizations to create engaging experiences within a vibrant community.

The role requires onsite work, full-time hours Mon-Fri with some events on nights and weekends. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and strong communications skills are essential for website, newsletters, and social

• Experience in event planning, recreation programming or similar
• Two years in communications-related work
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute a comprehensive community event and programming calendar for residents.
• Develop content for community communications: website, newsletters, promos, social media.
• Create and manage an annual activity-budget and monitor income/expenses.
• Establish partnerships with local organizations and businesses benefiting residents.
• Oversee amenity center operations including rentals.
• Develop policies and procedures for the community office.
• Support clubs, groups, and committees within the community.
• Foster a professional relationship with the Board of Directors and stakeholders.
• Public speaking and engagement with residents and guests.
