Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Resident Experience Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable move-in experiences for residents across our communities.

You will handle resident inquiries, guide new residents through move-in preparation, conduct follow-ups, manage move-out inspections, and coordinate events while maintaining high visibility in amenity areas. Flexible weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, insurance and reliable transportation when operating a vehicle.
• Computer literacy and effective communication skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Office smartphone use is required for certain tasks.

Responsibilities

**The work schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm with one Saturday per month.**

What You'll Be Doing

As a Resident Experience Coordinator, you will spend most of your time delivering exceptional customer service, fostering resident loyalty through outstanding move-in experiences, adeptly handling and escalating resident issues, and ensuring an overall remarkable living experience throughout their residency.

• Addressing resident inquiries promptly, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
• Guiding new residents through the move-in preparation experience for a smooth transition
• Conducting follow-up within a week of move-in to address concerns
• Managing move out inspections and coordinating resident events
• Maintaining high resident visibility, overseeing amenity areas, and collecting fees for rentals
• Proactively suggesting improvements to enhance community operations

What You'll Need To Thrive

• High School diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver's license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation is required if the employee will operate a motorized vehicle (e.g., car, golf cart) during their workday and/or as part of their role.
• Computer literacy and effective communication skills
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Office team employees, with limited exceptions, are required to use their own Smartphone to perform certain aspects of their job

Bonus Qualifications

Salary: $25.60 - $31.29/hour

• The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
• Employees are eligible for overtime pay and performance incentives.
