Job summary

North American Properties Apartments is seeking a Multi-Site Resident Coordinator to provide best-in-class customer service to residents of our Saint Xavier Park Collection, which includes five properties in Downtown Cincinnati.

This full-time role operates in a fast-paced environment, offering the opportunity to gain multi-site experience and grow within a dynamic property management team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Experience in customer service and residential property management is preferred.
• Ability to work occasional nights and weekends as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for current residents and backup for prospects.
• Address and resolve resident requests, concerns, and issues.
• Manage site-level marketing, reputation, and social media efforts.
• Coordinate resident events and communications, including emails and tours.
• Prepare and present lease documents and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain resident data in Entrata, Excel, Word, and databases.
