BRG Realty Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations at our Cincinnati-area communities. You will assist the Community Manager with leasing, resident relations, rent collection, and maintaining occupancy and budget performance.

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years of property management experience, are familiar with 150+ unit properties, and will help lead leasing and maintenance staff while ensuring excellent resident service and adherence to fair housing laws.

• Strong leasing and closing skills
• Excellent resident relations and communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in daily operations
• Support leasing activities including tours, applications, and move-ins
• Help maintain occupancy targets and budget performance
• Supervise leasing and maintenance staff in the Community Manager's absence
• Coordinate rent collection, payments, and deposits
• Ensure compliance with lease agreements and housing regulations
• Maintain resident relations and respond to concerns promptly
