Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Operations professional in Denver to support day-to-day property maintenance and resident service. You will manage schedules for technicians, review work orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and proper actions on maintenance issues.

The role involves handling utilities coordination, evictions, and ongoing site improvements while maintaining strong communication with residents and colleagues.

Formación

• High school Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service or administrative functions.
• Experience in property management or maintenance helpful.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Conflict resolution and customer service skills.
• MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor maintenance and turn & rehab dashboards and task center daily to ensure timely responses.
• Manage daily schedules and assignments for Maintenance Technician and/or Superintendent.
• Serve as first contact for maintenance-related resident concerns and coordinate with internal teams for corrective actions.
• Review and approve/decline work order proposals within approval limits, ensuring proper scope and pricing.
• Coordinate vacant utility issues to ensure timely activation of utilities.
• Manage eviction schedules and holds; coordinate eviction clean-outs and removal of personal property.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
