Job summary

Distinctive Living seeks a part-time and full-time Resident Experience Coordinator for its Mira Vie Tinton Falls community. This role coordinates resident activities, creates monthly calendars, and arranges external entertainment within budget constraints.

The position involves planning quarterly events for marketing support, arranging resident transportation, and ensuring safety compliance across the team. Strong leadership and organizational skills required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred in Social Service, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of three years' experience in assisted living preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident interest and activity needs at move-in and ongoing through a workflow.
• Coordinate daily resident activities within budget; develop monthly calendars.
• Plan quarterly events with marketing aspects; coordinate with management staff.
• Provide and staff transportation for resident activities and needs; schedule outings and medical visits.
• Ensure safety compliance; support incident investigations and communications with care providers.
• Foster teamwork and initiative beyond job duties to benefit residents and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
