Job summary

Distinctive Living seeks a part-time Resident Experience Coordinator for Mira Vie at Forsgate, an assisted living community. You will organize resident activities, create monthly calendars, arrange entertainment, and communicate with management to tailor programs to resident preferences.

The role emphasizes safety, budgeting, transportation support, and collaboration with the Community Relations Director on marketing events. Strong leadership and 3+ years in assisted living are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred in Social Service, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of three years' experience in assisted living preferred.
• Proven management experience and ability to manage staff.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident interest and activity needs at move-in and ongoing within 7 days.
• Coordinate and carry out resident activities daily within budget; create monthly calendars.
• Plan quarterly events that can support marketing efforts with the Community Relations Director.
• Provide and staff transportation for activities and medical trips as scheduled.
• Ensure safety compliance; assist with investigations and injury communications as needed.
• Foster teamwork and positively impact residents and visitors.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
