Job summary

Distinctive Living in New Jersey is seeking a Part-Time Resident Experience Coordinator for Mira Vie at Forsgate. You will coordinate resident activities, build monthly calendars, arrange entertainment, and support marketing with community events.

In this role you will assess resident preferences, manage activity budgets, organize outings, and ensure safety and quality of life for all residents. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential; prior assisted living experience is

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred in Social Service, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of three years' experience in assisted living and proven management ability.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident interest and activity needs at move-in and ongoing; orient new residents to the activity program.
• Coordinate and carry out resident activities daily within budget; develop monthly event calendars and promote participation.
• Plan quarterly events that support marketing efforts; collaborate with Community Relations Director to organize them.
• Provide and staff transportation for resident activities and outings, coordinating with the community.
• Ensure safety and compliance; manage workplace safety and injury communications as required.
• Foster teamwork and initiative; support residents, staff, and visitors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
