Job summary

Distinctive Living, Mira Vie at Bridgewater, is seeking a Resident Experience Coordinator (Activities Assistant) to oversee resident activities and coordinate internal and external events. The role includes creating monthly calendars, arranging entertainment, and communicating with management to meet resident needs.

The ideal candidate has long-term care and assisted living experience, staff management skills, and is willing to drive company vehicles for resident trips.

Qualifications

• Experience in a long-term care setting is required.
• Proven management experience and ability to lead staff.
• Minimum of three years' experience in assisted living preferred.
• Experience with Word and Excel preferred.
• Willingness to drive company vehicles for resident trips.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident interests and activity needs at move-in and ongoing.
• Coordinate daily activities within budgets and develop monthly calendars.
• Arrange outside entertainment and marketing events quarterly.
• Provide transport for activities and medical trips.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with management and team to enhance resident experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
