Job summary

Mira Vie Fanwood by Distinctive Living is seeking a Resident Experience Coordinator to manage resident activities at the community. The role involves creating monthly calendars, coordinating internal and external events, and ensuring activities meet resident needs within budget.

You will orient new residents, plan quarterly events with the marketing team, arrange transportation, and uphold safety standards. A high school diploma with management experience in assisted living is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred in Social Service, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of three years' experience in assisted living preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident interest and activity needs at move-in and ongoing, determining activity levels.
• Coordinate and carry out resident activities daily within budget; develop monthly calendar to stimulate participation.
• Plan quarterly events that may serve as marketing opportunities with Community Relations Director.
• Provide and staff transportation for resident activities and coordinate medical trip transportation.
• Ensure safety and compliance with Safety Committee standards; assist with injury investigations.
• Foster teamwork and positively impact residents, staff and visitors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
