Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage resident move-in/move-out processes at a multi-family community. You will handle heavy customer interactions, schedule maintenance, and coordinate with vendors, ensuring timely completion of service requests and adherence to LMH quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in residential property management or customer service preferred.
• Experience coordinating with vendors or ordering services (appliances, plumbing, electrical) preferred.
• Proficiency with PC tasks, keyboard, internet, email, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct home inspections related to move in/out, including prep and final inspections.
• Assist with ordering and scheduling of vendor services and maintenance.
• Maintain make-ready boards and distribute work to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with maintenance to assign service requests and follow up on status.
• Provide residents with charges related to move out/final inspections.
• Create purchase orders for vendor services and products.
• Generate work orders for make-readies and other maintenance requests.
• Close work orders/tickets after work is completed.
• Schedule and monitor water intrusion responses and issue 3‑day notices as needed.
• Follow up with residents after services and promote positive relations.
• Address customer service concerns from surveys and maintain logs (Keytrak, pest control, etc.).
• Input information into Payscan, Yardi, and other systems; distribute notices.
• Participate in property walks/inspections to ensure LMH quality standards.
