Job summary

RMS Companies is seeking a Resident Experience Coordinator for City Crossing – New Haven, CT. You will create a hotel-like, welcoming environment and assist residents while promoting exceptional service.

Responsibilities include giving tours to prospective renters, hosting resident events, coordinating leases with the HQ leasing team, and supporting move-ins. Weekend and/or night shifts are; training is provided.

Role Summary:

The Resident Experience Coordinator creates a welcoming atmosphere, assists residents, and provides tours for new prospects. This role enhances the luxury apartment experience by applying RMS Companies' hospitality expertise to create a hotel-like experience for renters.

Role Responsibilities:

• Act as a professional, enthusiastic, and courteous ambassador of the building and RMS brand
• Plan and host resident events
• Give tours of the building and units to prospective renters – both walk-ins and appointments
• Work in coordination with leasing administrators in Headquarters office to secure leases and fill vacancies
• Assist and welcome residents moving into the building
• Monitor the building for maintenance needs and communicate to Maintenance Staff
• Monitor inbound email, social, and telephone inquiries and respond in a timely manner with the requested information – track and organize all information
• Work with the back-office staff on any payment issues
• Organize mail & packages
• Enforce community rules
• Establish partnerships and engage the local community
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed
