Job summary

RMS Companies is seeking a Resident Experience Coordinator for City Crossing – New Haven, CT. You will create a hotel-like, welcoming environment and assist residents while promoting exceptional service.

Responsibilities include giving tours to prospective renters, hosting resident events, coordinating leases with the HQ leasing team, and supporting move-ins. Weekend and/or night shifts are; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Outgoing personality and positive energy.
• Willingness to learn; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Act as a professional, enthusiastic ambassador of the building and RMS brand.
• Plan and host resident events.
• Give tours of the building and units to prospective renters (walk-ins and appointments).
• Coordinate with leasing administrators to secure leases and fill vacancies.
• Welcome residents moving into the building and assist with move-ins.
• Monitor building needs and communicate with Maintenance Staff.
• Respond to emails, social inquiries and phone calls promptly.
