Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator in Laurel, MD. The role focuses on moving residents in/out, coordinating maintenance, and delivering exceptional customer service within a multi-family community.

Responsibilities include office management, guest relations, and local area guidance. Candidates should have 1–2 years in property management or customer service, and be comfortable with vendor coordination and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in residential property management or customer service role preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and other software applications preferred (i.e. Yardi, Payscan).
• Effective communication and interaction with customers, vendors, management, co-workers, sufficient to exchange or convey information and to give and receive work direction.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Resident Services Office.
• Greet guests and residents while assessing their needs and answering questions about the community.
• Offer personalized service to residents, including transportation, deliveries, and restaurant reservations.
• Respond to inquiries by in-person, phone, and email, and schedule appointments and after-hours maintenance requests.
• Provide knowledge of the local area to make recommendations about activities, local businesses and services.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist all clients with a positive and friendly manner.
