Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing, tenant relations, and property operations at our Dallas-area communities. The role focuses on lease renewals, occupancy forecasting, and coordinating marketing efforts to drive resident retention and occupancy.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in leasing or property management, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leasing or property management experience.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and team leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Must be able to tour the community, including stairs.
• May require a valid driver’s license.
• May require state-specific license or certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations, including calls, requests and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Develop and track marketing strategies, including advertising and promotions.
• Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent.
• Review vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect the property for policy violations, repairs and landscaping.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
