Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing, resident relations, and on-site operations across its 75 markets. The role emphasizes teamwork, guest service, and driving occupancy through renewal programs and marketing efforts.

You will collaborate with leasing staff, manage rent collections, and help maintain property standards while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related leasing or property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• State license or certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Responsible for implementing lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations issues, including taking resident phone calls, requests and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Assist with developing and tracking marketing strategies, including advertising, promotions and publications.
• Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent.
• Review and inspect vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect the property for community policy violations, needed repairs and overall landscaping.
• Additional duties as assigned.
