Job summary

Hunt Military Communities is seeking a Resident Services Specialist in Albuquerque, NM to support residents and coordinate with the property management team. You will maintain resident files, assist with retention programs, process service requests, and help ensure compliance with company policies and government requirements.

You will also assist in marketing efforts, maintain the community’s curb appeal, welcome prospective residents, and provide exceptional customer service while navigating

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related discipline preferred.
• Experience with computers and standard office software (Email, Word, Excel, internet) required.
• Previous experience in sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for all resident related inquiries.
• Coordinates and assists with requests from residents with the property management team by entering work orders into YARDI.
• Answers resident questions and resolves concerns with high level of customer service.
• Assists in inspecting models and vacant homes for tours to prospective clients.
• Administers move-in lease documents and home inspections with residents.
• Coordinates notice to vacate, pre-inspection, move-outs, and final inspection for outgoing residents.
• Monitors rental account balances and ensures fees and rent are correct in Yardi.
• Maintains community curb appeal and office/amenity appearances.
• Follows up on work orders to ensure resident satisfaction within a timely frame.
• May perform other duties to assist Community Director/Manager and Leasing team.
• Participates in monthly functions to assist in resident retention.
• Requires driving for Company vehicle or personal vehicle for company business more than 50% of the time.
