Hunt Military Housing Shared Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Services Specialist to provide exceptional service to residents and coordinate with the property management team. You will help maintain the community appearance, support marketing efforts, and ensure compliance with policies while handling leases, move-ins, and inspections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with computers and MS Office required.
• Strong customer service skills and sales experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Driver's license valid in state and ability to operate company or personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for all resident inquiries.
• Enter work orders into YARDI and coordinate with the property management team.
• Provide courteous, professional, and prompt responses to residents.
• Inspect model homes and vacant properties for touring readiness.
• Administer move-in leases and conduct move-out inspections.
• Coordinate notices to vacate and final inspections, including damages charges.
• Monitor rental account balances and ensure accurate fees in YARDI.
• Maintain community curb appeal and office/amenities appearance.
• Follow up with residents to ensure work orders are completed to satisfaction.
• Assist Community Director/Manager and Leasing team; participate in resident retention events.
• Occasional driving to perform site duties.
