Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator for Providence Place in Denton, Texas. You will warmly greet residents and guests in the front lobby and help create an exceptional lifestyle by delivering professional, friendly service to every resident and visitor.

The role supports daily operations through payroll reporting, weekly scheduling, policy adherence, and regular collaboration with the Concierge and Community Director to ensure smooth community management.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Punctual, dependable and self-starter

Responsibilities

• Prepares payroll reporting, verifies accuracy and approves timesheets
• Prepares and discusses weekly schedule with Community Director
• Ensures subordinates are in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Provides a warm and sincere greeting to all residents, prospective residents, and guests in the front lobby.
• Communicates effectively on a regular basis with the Concierge, Bell Captains, and Community Director to update him/her on community operations.
