Job summary

UDR is seeking a Concierge to maintain our community customer service standards at the Wall, SD property. You will greet visitors, manage the front desk, handle calls, and assist residents with requests, while ensuring access control and safety.

You’ll plan resident events, coordinate with the Community Director, and use our portal to communicate. The role requires 1–3 years in concierge or customer service, a High School diploma, and active union membership within 30 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years’ concierge or related customer service experience.
• Active union membership within 30 days of employment.
• Certified Notary is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain front desk and greet residents, visitors, vendors, and contractors.
• Provide high quality resident customer service and address inquiries promptly.
• Enter service requests into the system and communicate updates via portal.
• Coordinate resident events with Community Director/Property Manager within budget.
• Manage access control and handle package room operations.
• Assist with vendor coordination and service follow-ups as needed.
