Job summary

MAA is seeking a Resident Experience Specialist to join our on-site team in Jacksonville. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to residents, coordinating move-in/move-out activities, and supporting the property office operations to drive resident satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities include conducting inspections, Orientations, coordinating service requests, and assisting with tours while maintaining strong knowledge of community amenities and local market

Qualifications

• Two plus years in customer service or admin support is expected.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in property management or leasing.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills required.

Responsibilities

• Handle move-in/move-out inspections and orientations.
• Respond to resident questions via phone, email, and CRM with timely follow-up.
• Coordinate service requests with on-site teams and external vendors.
• Support tours for prospects and assist with leasing activities.
• Maintain knowledge of community features, amenities, and local market trends.
