Job summary

MAA in Jacksonville seeks a Resident Experience Manager to deliver exceptional resident service and provide administrative support to the property management office. You will focus on move-in/out experiences, inspections, orientations, and coordination of service requests across MAA communities.

The role drives onsite team performance in the absence of the property manager, conducts inspections, guides tours when needed, coordinates vendors, and ensures make-ready quality and curb appeal across

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer service and/or administrative support experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with leasing and/or preferred.
• Customer retention experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and guidance in the absence of the property manager.
• Conducts pre-walk inspections of units prior to move-in and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Coordinates service requests, vendor management, and make-ready processes.
• Assists with resident orientations, tours, and self-guided tours as needed.
• Monitors and maintains on-site CRM and responds to resident questions and concerns.
• Supports resident engagement initiatives and community outreach activities.
• Maintains knowledge of local markets and competitors.
